Our bet, our strength, is this team: ambitious, versatile, professional and warm at the same time. A team that dreams big.

The founder

Kris-Nelly Apovo

After leaving my job as an embedded software engineer, after leaving Gabon and then France, after working in Benin without really making it… my first goal was simply to feed myself while escaping a working world that no longer suited me.

Along the way I discovered passions, challenges, people and, above all, a vision based on #consumeafrica. All of this made Canelya what we are: a mix of cultures, strong ethics, a recognisable identity and a need to professionalise and revalue the food trades.

We know how to move forward, but the Canelya adventure still holds many surprises. So, for 1 hour, 1 night, 1 month? Welcome to the adventure.
